About Our Campus

in

The New England Culinary Institute campus is in Vermont's beautiful state capital, Montpelier. Students have the unique opportunity to receive hands-on training in our free-standing restaurant, retail and non-commercial operations.

Traditional dormitory-style housing is available in Montpelier, as well as other houses and apartments within the community. All housing units have a common/living area and bathrooms that students share. All are equipped with a kitchen, and local phone service is provided in the common area. Most dorms are wired for cable and phone/internet and there are coin laundry facilities on-site.

All units are fully furnished. A typical room provides each student with a twin bed or captain's bed and mattress, a dresser, a desk, a chair and blinds. Students are expected to provide their own non-halogen lamps, portable bookshelves, bedding, dishes, cookware, ironing boards and iron.

After I graduate in June, I’ll enter the BA in Hospitality and Restaurant Management Program. I’ve established a great foundation in the kitchen – now I want to have it all.”
