Joseph Carr has been involved in the wine industry for over 20 years and has now set his sights on producing handcrafted boutique wines that are delicious. Called a “rising star” in Napa Valley, Carr’s wines offer complexity and approachability, and he focuses on using small estate growers, coopers and winemakers to produce his wines.

We are very pleased to have Joseph joining us for a five-course dinner prepared by the students of New England Culinary Institute guided by Academie Culinaire de France Gold Medal Winner Michael Gunyan. Enjoy a multi-course dinner, complemented by a different wine for each course.

Reception at 6 pm, Dinner at 6:30 pm.
