"Applying" for Graduation does not denote that you are, in fact, a "Graduate." You must be 100% complete in ALL coursework. This includes Sanitation, Community Service, and Health and Wellness.

If you plan to attend graduation, we'll need your size for your graduation jacket or robe. Culinary and Baking & Pastry graduates, please tell us your chef jacket size. Hospitality & Restaurant Management graduates, please tell us your height.

If you do plan to attend graduation, you will have four seats for family and friends to attend (but only after Chef Jason confirms that you are 100% complete.) Your four tickets will be mailed to you at the address you give us above.

If you need more than four seats, extras are available at $25 each. You may order them online with a credit card. These tickets will be held for you to pick up on Graduation day. Place your order for extra seats here.
