My first internship was in New York City and by second internship was in London, England. After graduation I worked in France, Boston, Michigan, Vermont, and Atlanta. I taught at NECI as a Chef Instructor for ten years and am now working in Distance Education for NECI from my home in Illinois.

Remembering NECI: Fantastic experience - life changing! I knew that I had a passion for food and for cooking, but I had no experience or fundamental knowledge. NECI helped me to recognize my true skills and abilities and channel my passion into a very successful culinary career. In addition, I found a second passion in education - teaching. I have never regretted my decision to attend NECI and know that my education there was about more than food.
