Seven years with the Four Seasons Hotels (London, England; Austin, Texas; Nevis, West Indies; Houston & Dallas, Texas; Maui, Hawaii). Two Years as the Executive Chef at the Westin Hotel in Oklahoma City. For the past twelve years I have been the Executive Chef of Fire Lake Restaurant at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Remembering NECI: The education I gained at NECI allowed me to achieve my culinary and career dreams. The hands on approach prepared me and set me apart from others early on in my career. The internship opened the world to me and was a key element in reaching my full potential.
