Since school I have worked as a Chef for over 25 years and now own a small gourmet shop called Chefs' Haven, where I teach cooking classes.
Remembering NECI: It's hard to describe how great my experience was. Still to this day I dream of moving back to Vermont and continue motivating people with the passion to cook to go to NECI. It was the best experience of my life.
