Personal Chef/Estate Manager

I worked on Nantucket for a year after my internship, then Boston for a year, then headed to LA to the Playboy Mansion as Chef de Partie for about six years. I then worked on yachts for a few years during which I saw 36 countries and met my wife. I now manage and estate and am the personal chef for a family, spending half my time in Montana and the other half in Beverly Hills with my wife, Alina. We still both work at the Playboy Mansion from time to time. Their October 30th Halloween party this year will be my 10th year anniversary.

Remembering NECI: I discovered Vermont, learned to snowboard and loved school. It was very personable and the students back then were an average age of 30+. NECI students lived in houses around town, not dorms, so it was work/study hard time and party time. Some of the best times of my life and the instructors, like Chef Peg Checchi and her husband, Perrier, Chef Andre (who is still there) and Chef David Hale and so on. Must have been the best group of instructors ever!

I'm happy to answer your questions.
