I've worked at the Top Notch Spa and Resort in Stowe, VT; Ritz Carlton in St. Louis, the Hot and Hot Fish Club, Armans at Park Lane, HighLand Bar and Grill,and Samford University. I am currently the C.O.O. for Campus Dining Inc. I am also the Executive Chef and General Manager for Samford University. I am also the corporate chef and district manager for Campus Dining.
Remembering NECI: I had an excellent experience at NECI. I would not change one thing except I wish I had challenged myself more while I was in school. The hands-on approach at NECI is the difference between watching and actually learning as you are working. My internships were chosen carefully and by the time they were completed I was offered positions at both places. Faculty-student relationships were incredible. Work hard and they will coach you the rest of your career. Vermont is beautiful and very green in many ways.
