Industry Professionals

If you are already working in the culinary, food and beverage, hospitality, or baking and pastry industries and you would like to grow your skills and expand your knowledge, New England Culinary Institute may be the right place for you, and your experience may qualify you for our Advanced Placement program.

NECI’s intense curriculum and comprehensive education prepare you for new opportunities in these industries. Our students come from a broad range of backgrounds, countries, and nationalities. From recent high school graduates to seasoned professionals, our students share a common bond: a passion for food and the industry.

Our small classes, hands-on education, and personal attention are the recipe for success. As a student, you will be immersed in real-life situations in our live production kitchens, where you will continue to grow your skills and gain additional industry knowledge while preparing delicious, nutritious food for real customers.

At New England Culinary Institute, we maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio in our live-production kitchens as well as in our traditional classrooms. While it is important to learn and expand practical culinary, baking, and hospitality skills, it is also important to expand your academic foundation, which includes math, writing, professional development and, depending upon your program, may include history and culture, economics, financial analysis, and more.
