Survival of the Fittest

A Cooking and Fitness Class
March 17 to May 5, 2008
Monday and Thursday evenings

When Healthy Cooking is No Longer Optional
NECI is proud to be among the first culinary schools in the nation to actively promote healthy cooking. We want to help individuals develop a new paradigm for permanently changing their eating habits – especially if diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and other conditions are affecting their health.

We have worked with doctors, fitness experts, psychologists and others to develop a comprehensive program to help individuals attain a healthier life style. Enroll now in a class designed for people who want a new approach to weight management. You will learn how to buy and prepare healthy foods while also participating in physical activities that are fun. Experience new tastes and flavors, enjoy new exercise routines, including dance.

The best part of NECI is the small classes and intense interaction with the teachers. They can read you like a recipe – that’s why I came here.”
