New England Culinary Institute is one of the premier culinary schools in the United States. We have garnered an international reputation for an educational model that insists on small group learning with a teacher/student ratio of 10:1 or less. Our programs immerse students in intense, real-life environments such as our restaurants, bakeries, and hotel facilities. As a result, New England Culinary Institute graduates men and women capable of functioning at the highest levels in the culinary industry.
Our faculty is made up of chefs and other industry professionals who are passionate about integrating hands-on experience with solid academic courses that ensure skill mastery, responsible practices, and career success. We have over 500 students and offer Bachelors and Associates Degrees in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pasty, and Hospitality and Restaurant Management.
