An internship is one of the most vital and life-informing elements of your education at New England Culinary Institute. It’s an opportunity to take the skills your have learned and practice them at some of the most prestigious restaurants, resorts, corporations and other institutions in the world. You’ll not only be building an impressive resume, you’ll be discovering more about yourself and your future in the food and beverage industry.
Interns receive pay as well as academic credit and valuable experience. Our students’ interests vary widely; recent internships include test kitchens at food magazines, major universities, five star restaurants and resorts, and hospitals.
