If you are interested in pursuing a career in the kitchen, NECI's certificate in basic cooking allows you to begin on a professional path as a prep, line or banquet cook. Our condensed program and student/teacher ratio of 10:1 will give you the foundation to develop your job skills in a highly competitive marketplace.

- Only 15 weeks of residency and a 700-hour paid
internship –A stepping stone to further education, such as NECI’s
