If your dream is to create delicious pastry showpieces for all of life’s celebrations, a career in the baking and pastry arts may be for you. In our Associate of Occupational Studies in Baking and Pastry degree program, you’ll work side by side with skilled instructors dedicated to teaching you the exacting science and creative art of baking and pastry. Academic excellence and artistic expertise are hallmarks of NECI graduates. Graduates of this program can move directly into the Bachelors of Culinary Arts or Bachelors of Hospitality and Restaurant Management.
